Is Labia Majora a spell from Harry Potter?

I heard my grandma talking on the phone with her doctor about
something called a labia majora. I just read Harry Potter and I think
it has something to do with this.
She said "I might need to have my Labia Majora inspected".
Is this a type of spell or wand? HELP!
