The part I love is when he thinks that the mississippi guy is in his
house and he smashes the bathroom mirror because I think it was meant
to symbolise him attacking himself (that persona),
it seemed like throughout the film he began to evolve into that second
person more and more. His holey dressing gown also represents the gaps
in his character filled by the other persona, and by the end of the
film the 'emptiness' that was originally filled by the persona was
finally filled by eating his wife :D (the corn)
